A moment of hate...
It was just a regular morning
Kids laughing preparing for schools
People starting the day in hopes
Each with new desires and ambitions
A beautiful day that soon changed...
Destiny of many across the globe
A bomb of hatred dropped from skies
Deafened, killed and spread the fire
Sign of hatred...selfish desires
What fault lay in innocent lives
Lives ruined, families perished
Map of the country forever changed
Shocked the world...questions raised
Value of lives forever changed
Effects of hatred still linger on
Paying for it through generations now
Unborn lives pay painfully
Questioning the world about their faults
Moment of hate has left pug marks
Generations shall go by...can't erase
Future shall hang its head in shame
Learn the lessons of this hate
May this teach us lessons of love
Bring back moments of pride
Let hate not divide us all
We have just one life on the planet
Earth has given us unconditional
Let us return it with good gestures
Leave behind a beautiful world
Let Hiroshima be a painful lesson
A lone lesson of hate forever

Splattered all over 
Thick and thin coats 
Over rugged truths
Perhaps covered hurriedly 
Too afraid of being resisted
The truth often stays silent
Unaware at times
At times too shocked
And often unable to resist....
Buried under its own goodness.
The lies of paint smiles...evilly
Dances at times
Splashing its filth
Often times on others
Not realizing that some day
The pile of filth shall give way
As truth shall some say prevail
Push it's pure timid head
Through the layers of paints of lies
Cutting it down
Pushing it off to raise questions
That day the paint of lies
Shall have no answers
But shall pick its scraped pieces
And walk away learning the fact
That no matter what....

A poem written on bullying having witnessed it around. My tribute to those who went through it and go through it just because they choose to remain silent because of various reasons, one being holding their own dignity.....

You pinned me to a corner....
As I walked into the room
I feel eyes piercing my lean frame
Eyes down I walk, quiet and alone
Yet I see your glances exchange
As you stand with your gang
Sneering and jeering
Pinning my scared small frame.
Nervous and alone I shiver inside
As I know not what's my fault
I see you texting words far away
Perhaps false words and thoughts
Gossip and sinister plans
Made by an insecure evil mind.
I feel a culprit and doubt myself
Standing out like a sore thumb
Lose my confidence and so afraid
While you all laugh away.
There are eyes that watch you
Quiet and observant....noticing
Your ways and bullying openly
Feel my ache yet stay quiet
Support silently with dignity.
You think you can bring me down
Sadly it's your reality blaring bright
Just remember it's your day today
You think I'm vain and no good
You gang up against me no end
While I live in silence and solitude
I discover myself as I self connect
Better myself each and everyday
I learn not to hurt and gang up
I stand for more souls like me
Someday when tables turn
You shall see the pain I lived in
I shall not shun you like you did
Instead I shall see you through.
You pin me in the corner today
Higher from there I shall rise
Life's so unpredictable and surreal
I know some soulful day shall come
As morning sun shall rise

sitting alone by the window
watching the clouds go past
the shimmer of sun reflection
giving life itself to choppy waters.
I seek the skyline,
see the sun and shimmer
see no divide no difference.

So is true love in life,
it erases the line
between two hearts
that are meant to be.

A careless comment...A final judgment 
Tossed in the air with just no care
Regardless of the state of affairs...
Passed perhaps as we are insecure
Or a hurried measure to show us off
Pull down someone who has perhaps
Put his all to where he stands
One careless, insecure comment
Changes often their public status
Others jeer and often join hands
Without finding reality that stands
Often forgotten their own shortcomings
Hasty enough to point others' faults
Change it does their life events
Facing loneliness and self confidence
Question they do their own defenses
Have we realized shoes they walk into
Step back and check your words
Bite your tongue if you must
Never pass a nasty judgment
Remember you might stand
Where he stands today defenseless
What you give comes around someday

I watch quietly at the ways of life

Feeling a sense of calmness

The games worse each day

Then sad at their bleeding hearts
And gossip that ruins karma...
I watch silently as that's true strength
My silence is no weakness but is the reason
They scream and talk foul
They know not perhaps....
My silence is the reason they swell
My silence protects their dark secrets
Or games played often
I watch as they build stories louder
Convincing themselves of lies they say
I rise higher...leaving the world so toxic
Choosing to walk away
Ask for peace for a bigger purpose
Refuse to be dragged into that world
Only brings sadness and unrest
They do their karma I do mine
One day in the court of justice

Lo...she suddenly stopped and turned
Stream of tears down her cheeks...
He suddenly buckled and held out...
His long arms reaching to hold.
She fell into his massive hug
Incoherent whispers buried in long sobs
Husky whispers met emotions so deep
A language only true lovers speak
He raised her lips to deeply savor
The nectar of her sweet being
They clung, clasped, held and kissed
Never to let go and live alone
A kiss sealed their future together

The unfolded newspaper, its edges flipping ready to fly,
The cushions needing you to fluff them back,
The drooping flowers on the table needing your touch....
Just breathe one more time.
As you rush to turn off the overflow in the kitchen,
Running back to pick the rings of the phone,
Then rushing to turn the bath water off from overflow,
Turning to the door to attend the unstoppable rings,
Just breathe one more time.
As you pack a special treat for those relationships ,
Picking up all the little needs of everyone on a day out,
Catering to needs of everyone around and far,
And putting your own needs afar and perhaps last,
Just breathe one more time.
You owe so much more care to your own self first,
Pamper, rest the tired soul and hurting feet,
